Description

Daughter of Jester that was selected for its aroma, disease resistance, and yield.

Mystic is an aroma hop that is typically used in only late boil additions, including dry hopping.

Mystic is a lower alpha acid variety that provides clean bittering in lighter styles, but is mostly used as an aroma variety because of its fruit-forward character. Mystic is not as big and bold as fellow UK variety Harlequin, but Mystic offers a unique combination of black currant, citrus, and passion fruit. Mystic is the daughter of Jester and was selected primarily for its amazing aroma, but also because of disease resistance and yield potential.
