Huell Melon hops were bred by the Hop Research Center in Hüll and is the daughter of Cascade and a Huell male. It was released in 2012.

Huell Melon is an aroma hop that is typically used in only late boil additions, including dry hopping.

Huell Melon has a pleasantly sweet and fruity character similar to honeydew melon with hints of strawberries.
