Description
Developed and released by the Slovenian Institute of Hop Research and Brewing, from European and American germplasm.
Styrian Kolibri is an aroma hop that is typically used in only late boil additions, including dry hopping.
When Styrian Kolibri was used by craft brewers, they have noticed very attractive floral notes in a range of beer varieties.
