Description

Orion is a cross between German Perle and 70/10/15M, released in the 1980s. It is a half-sister to Challenger.

Orion is a dual-purpose hop that can be used in all hop additions throughout the brewing process.

Orion hops have pleasant European bittering and aroma qualities. It is not widely grown, and is very hard to find outside of Germany.
