Old Mission was created as a "field grade" hop by Great Lake Hops (GLH).
Old Mission is an aroma hop that is typically used in only late boil additions, including dry hopping.
Noted aromas of the Old Mission hop includes citrus, light pine, tea spice, herbal, pepper & tartness.
