Description
Cardinal was developed and released by the Slovenian Institute of Hop Research and Brewing. Cardinal was bred from European and American germplasm. Sometimes referred to as just Cardinal.
Styrian Cardinal is an aroma hop that is typically used in only late boil additions, including dry hopping.
Cardinal hops are known to have a typical citrus and fruity notes as well as a harmonious flavor.
