Description
Hartwick hop is a "field grade" hop created by Great Lake Hops.
Hartwick is an aroma hop that is typically used in only late boil additions, including dry hopping.
Hartwick hops have a piney and overripe pineapple aroma. GLH mentions that this hop's aroma is markedly different from their other Field Grade hops.
