Description
Zappa was recovered in the wild in the mountains of New Mexico. It is a 100% Humulus lupulus var. neomexicanus aroma hop found by CLS Farms.
Zappa is an aroma hop that is typically used in only late boil additions, including dry hopping.
Zappa hops have spicy aromas with intense notes of tropical fruit (mango, passion fruit), citrus, and pine. Additional descriptors include savory, mint, and Fruity Pebbles. This hop is unlike any other on the market today.
