Description
Kazbek was bred from Saaz and a wild Russian landrace hop from the Caucasus.
Kazbek is an aroma hop that is typically used in only late boil additions, including dry hopping.
Kazbek can show a dominant bright citrus note of lemon or grapefruit, but never obscures the quintessential mixture of floral and earthy spice of its Saaz parent.
