Bianca

Bianca is an aroma hop that is typically used in only late boil additions, including dry hopping.

While not bred for commercial use, it is said that the Bianca cones can be used for flavoring if a Saazer-style aroma and taste is desired. Sunbeam, Bianca’s half-sister has similar characteristics.
